The conference in the series “Soldier’s Health – The Challenge of a Safe Future” will take place on 5 March 2026 in Warsaw

We cordially invite you to the conference “Soldiers’ Health – A Challenge for a Secure Future”, to be held on Thursday, 5 March 2026, at the Warsaw Garrison Command Club.

The conference has been granted honorary patronage, including by Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence; Lt. Gen. Prof. Grzegorz Gielerak, Director of the Military Medical Institute – National Research Institute; and Jolanta Sobierańska‑Grenda, Minister of Health.

During the conference, we will discuss effective prevention, mental health, the role of military medical personnel, cybersecurity, health-related disinformation, and the availability of critical medicines and medical equipment in emergency situations.

An integral part of the event on 5 March 2026 will be the presentation of a White Paper containing the positions, analyses, and recommendations of experts who took part in the conference organised under the theme “Soldiers’ Health” on 12 December 2025.

The White Paper is intended to serve as a starting point for further debate, in-depth analysis, and the development of systemic recommendations addressing soldiers’ health and wellbeing, as well as the resilience of the state.

We aim to discuss the key challenges that will contribute to building a coherent, modern system for protecting soldiers’ health. We bring together the military, medical community, public administration, and public opinion leaders, while raising awareness that soldiers’ health is one of the foundations of national security.

The panel discussions will feature outstanding experts, who will share their perspectives.

You are warmly invited to participate. Registration is open until 3 March 2026.
