Changes in the Management Structure of IRSS In connection with the development of the Institute for Social Affairs Development (IRSS), the founder of the Foundation, Małgorzata Bogusz, has decided to join the Foundation Council as its Chair. Jakub Gołąb has been appointed the new President of the IRSS Management Board

Jakub Gołąb is an expert with nearly 30 years of experience in the fields of communication, social dialogue, public relations, advocacy, and public health. The changes in the management structure of IRSS are intended to strengthen the Institute’s continued, dynamic growth and to enhance the effectiveness of its educational, scientific, and social projects.

Additionally, the IRSS Scientific Council is being established, bringing together top-tier scholars and experts whose experience, knowledge, and authority will inspire the development of initiatives of strategic importance for our public life.

We are confident that these changes will contribute to the further growth of the Institute for Social Affairs Development and the implementation of many much-needed initiatives supporting the healthcare system in Poland and across the European Union.
