White Paper 2026. Soldier’s Health – A Challenge for a Safe Future Now Available

The White Paper, which summarizes the conference “Soldier’s Health – A Challenge for a Safe Future,” held on 12 December 2025, emphasizes that the health of soldiers is one of the pillars of national security. Modern approaches to this issue go beyond battlefield medicine and include health prevention, psychological support, and society’s ability to function under crisis conditions. It is not only a medical matter but also a strategic one, linked to maintaining mobilization potential and the resilience of the state.

Caring for soldiers’ health is gaining new significance. It requires the integration of military and civilian systems, ensuring access to medicines and medical equipment, and developing effective prevention and psychological care programs for recruits, active-duty soldiers, and veterans.

Thanks to the cooperation of the military, medical experts, and physicians, a document—the White Paper—was created. It is a collection of recommendations showing how we should build a coherent soldier health system that will serve as a foundation for Poland’s defense resilience.

We encourage you to read the publication.
